couldnt really sleep lately.. seems like it turned into a habit tat i couldnt sleep before 6 now...

Laps?? Lap Yin (Kenneth) Lam? Is that like a middle name or did you change your name??? O_O i never knew u had a middle name!! :O
thats pretty bad... you gotta take care of yourself a bit more... (though i cant say much cuz i sleep at 2 or 3 in the morning lol)
maybe you need a maid like foo to take care of you =P
